Digitsole announces the commercialization of the first connected, heating insole
One year after being elected one of the top ten best innovations of the 2015 CES, the firm steps up and brings the interactive and revolutionary insole to 21 countries.
France, Nancy – September the 3rd, 2015. Digitsole, the connected footwear specialist, continues its expansion and introduces at the IFA 2015 tradeshow, its brand new version of the connected and interactive warming insole. This improved version will be commercialized this October 2015 in 21 countries at over 1000 locations across Europe, North America and Asia.
Digitsole stands out in the connected wearables market
The French Tech ambassador company reinforces its development through the signature of 17 commercial agreements in many European countries but also in key markets like the USA, Canada, Japan and China. These agreements are signed with various distributors serving retailers in all sectors relevant to this connected insole, including: electronics, sporting goods and leisure items such as fishing, hunting, biking or motorcycling. Ingram Micro, Optamit, Moxter are among the distributors who already referenced the new product of Digitsole.

The Warm Series, two major functions
This new heating insole version has been called the Warm Series. Both connected to your smartphone and interactive, it can heat your feet thanks to an adjustable thermostat and track your activity. The Warm Series integrates heating technology developed by Zhor-Tech, but also integrates their different sensors which can collect and analyze user data. In addition to improving blood circulation, it is possible to follow your daily activity with different indicators like the number of steps taken, the distance walked and the number of calories burnt. Those sensors, directly positioned below the feet, allow a more precise activity calculation compared to typical connected wristbands.
To enjoy all the information and interactions with the connected insole, a dedicated app is available on iOS and Android app stores. The application will be regularly updated to bring new functions to improve the experience.
The Warm Series is also waterproof, with an IPx5 certification, and can be used in any condition: for daily well-being, casual as well as work activities. Also, this certification makes the Warm Series the safest product in its category.

The Warm-Series, the best of the Digitsole footwear expertise
The Warm Series is the result of a 20 year-long footwear expertise and as many years of research and development by its head-designer Karim OUMNIA. In order to improve the product as much as possible and make it as performing as it is today, the firm has taken into account feedback from over 300 beta-test users who supported the Kickstarter project (the crowdfunding website used by the brand during the development phase).
Beyond the connectivity, Digitsole used four technologies that will contribute to the comfort and well-being of the user, including:
- The Shock Heel System, a cushion section placed at the back of the insole to absorb shocks and spread vibration of the foot
- A Flex Zone Section at the front of the insole to optimize natural movement of the feet
- Arch support for restoring foot function and well-being
- The X Torsion System and sidewalls to allow a better stability of the foot

The Digitsole Warm-Series will be available this October 2015 in 21 countries across Europe, North America and Asia at a retail price of 199$ / 199€ (MRSP).
